Herby Turkey Meatballs
My family does not usually make meatballs from scratch. When we do, we make these meatballs. They are so flavorful and very easy to make. They taste incredible in meatball subs, with pasta or just plain. They go very well with our Homemade Pasta Sauce. I hope you enjoy the meatballs as much as my family does.

did not look like these, but they did look similar.

Herby Turkey Meatballs
Makes about 28 meatballs
Loosely based on the "Flying Biscuit Cafe's" Herby Turkey Burger
Ingredients
2 lbs of ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Herbs to taste (fresh herbs if you have them, but we used dry)
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the turkey, onions, and sour cream into a large bowl and mix. Add the spices and blend. Add the fresh garlic. Take out a cookie sheet and spray the pan or use a silicone sheet. Make the mixture into about 1 1/2 inch balls and place on the sheet. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Check to make sure the meat is cooked through and the juice is clear. Add 5 minutes at a time until done.
