Peanut Clusters
Since this week is Thanksgiving, my Grandma is in town! She is an amazing baker, so I had the opportunity to help her make these peanut clusters. They taste amazing and are so rich. The clusters are easy to make and are a guaranteed no-fail. If you like peanuts and chocolate, then you will love peanut clusters.
Peanut Clusters
The recipe makes about 6 pounds
Ingredients
16 oz. salted peanuts
16 oz. unsalted peanuts
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
20 oz. peanut butter chips
20 oz. white chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a crockpot. In the crockpot on low, cover for two hours. After two hours, remove the lid and stir to combine- if all the chocolate is not melted cover and cook for another 30 minutes. Using two small spoons, scoop mounds of clusters onto parchment paper. Line parchment paper on cookie sheet. Cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a month. Freezes well.
