Review: Legendary Eats

With this post, I wanted to try something I haven't done in a while, I am going to review a restaurant! On my About the Author page, I say that I will post recipes AND review restaurants. Sadly, I have not gotten to review many restaurants, so I am now fulfilling that promise by reviewing Legendary Eats in Lexington, VA.  

The sandwiches at Legendary Eats are extraordinary! I had the El Cuco (Cuban) and it was fabulous! The bread was perfectly toasted. The sandwich was so big that I ate the second half of my sandwich for lunch the following day and it still tasted incredible. 

The restaurant is very unique with all the items on the menu having mystical creatures' names. The owners are very friendly and they have a nice location near Main Street and Washington & Lee. If you are ever in Lexington Virginia or in the area, I highly recommend stopping for a sandwich at Legendary Eats.
