Happy Pi Day!

Happy Pi Day! If you don't know, today is pi day. Today was named Pi Day because someone realized that March 14 can be written as 3.14 which is also pi. 

Last year, Pi Day was on Friday, March 14. That day was also special for another reason because for me, it was my last day of in-person school. We did not know that in one year, we would still be in a pandemic and participating in online school. 

This year, my family marks this occasion by making three pies; a spinach bacon quiche, a chicken pot pie, and a Triple Chocolate Truffle pie. Later this week, I will post the recipe for the chocolate pie and how it turned out.
